This school district includes fourteen sites in Holland Michigan. Holland is one of the first to select contract cleaning to save their district over $500,000 per year for their students and increase cleanliness of the schools. We were selected for this project because of our focus on our staff and customer service we were not low bid. Per Mr. Simon and the principals surveyed at every school we have exceeded their expectations for quality and professional staff and they are finding additional cost savings because of our team. We take care of four locations for this customer totaling 450,000 square feet of educational space. We have created schedules to perform tasks working around individuals along with coordinating many schedule breaks and event preparation throughout the year. This is a high profile educational environment previously secured by long term janitorial in house group. We have engineered the transition to be conflict-free as engineered by the attached letter of recommendation.
