Training Department The training department at GRBS is committed to providing all employees with the tools they need to successfully reach their professional goals. We believe in focusing on providing consistent service geared towards continual improvement. Training begins with an extensive orientation followed by on the job skills training. Our ongoing training programs include resources such as payday training seminars, newsletter articles, industry expert presentations (both in person and on-line), leadership and management training courses, industry conventions and seminars as well as field trips to cleaning equipment manufacturing facilities. By providing a solid foundation of technical, conceptual and people skills at all levels of our organization we offer solid career paths and professional development to our staff. We are currently finding new and exciting ways to use communication and training technology to stay on the cutting edge of the cleaning industry and continue to develop the best workforce in all of Michigan.
Quality Department We at GRBS strive to provide consistent service and continual improvement. Throughout our 90+ years in business, we have developed solid quality control systems to ensure that these goals are met. Our Quality Department works with leadership to ensure that all have a thorough understanding of our quality processes as well as our standards. We believe achieving a consistent quality result can not be accomplished without all employees being committed to and understanding the importance of delivering quality service each and every time.
